HOW DO WE PREPARE OUR TIMELINE?
About two months before your wedding I will reach out so we can prepare your timeline together. If you have a coordinator, we work together ensuring your day goes off without a hitch!
HOW DO WE TRANSLATE OUR PHOTOGRAPHY GOALS + OVERALL STYLE TO YOU?
We are happy to look at mood boards so we can get the general vibe you are going for (Pinterest boards are great for this), but please don’t send us detailed shot lists. There is already a lot going on during a wedding day, and too much information can hinder the overall creativity that we put into our work. In advance to your wedding day, we will discuss in detail the important elements of your wedding day and discuss your timeline together to make sure nothing is missed.
WHO WILL BE OUR PHOTOGRAPHER?
For most weddings, Kat will be your primary photographer. When videography or a second photographer is needed, that’s when Brett steps in. He is our primary videographer and has the capability of switching back and forth between photo and video. Together, we work seamlessly, capturing angles the other can’t get. We are a happily-married photographer team and collaborate on most projects we accept. From booking the client, to capturing the event, to processing of the images, there is rarely a job that we both haven’t been involved on.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR US TO GET THE PHOTOS BACK?
3 weeks! We don’t like to procrastinate. This is our only job and immediately after your wedding, we get to work editing your images.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
This number can vary as every wedding is unique, but typically for every hour of shooting time you will receive roughly around anywhere from 50-100 gorgeous ready-to-print images.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT POLICIES:
Prior to booking your wedding with us, we will set up a phone or zoom chat so we can get to know each other better. We believe a good rapport between client and photographer is essential. At this time, we will ask you about the details of your event, and help clear up any concerns you may have. If you would like to go ahead with the booking we will send you a photographer agreement and invoice for the 25% reservation fee required to book us for your day. The remainder of the photographer fee is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
