PAYMENT POLICY:

A non-refundable reservation fee of $75 is required to reserve your appointment. This is applied towards your total amount due. The balance is due the day of the shoot.

Wedding Bookings: 25% non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Event Bookings: 25% non-refundable retainer fee due is at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

IMAGE DELIVERY METHOD:

Images are selected by BK Rose Studio and are those that demonstrate natural, pleasant expressions and meet our photographic standards. The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of BK Rose Studio. All of our images are hand edited and ready to print. Final images are delivered in a high-resolution JPEG format through our online gallery. RAW files will not be provided. You will have the ability to print your images through our online professional photo lab, or you may print your photos from a professional lab of your choosing. 

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING:
Your reservation fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us 5 days or more prior to your project date. Exceptions will only be made in the case sickness of an emergency. We allow the reservation fee to be moved to a new day only once. A new reservation fee is required to reschedule a second time.

Please inquire about our wedding and large event rescheduling policies as they follow a different policy.

BRINGING SOMEONE TO YOUR SHOOT:

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by one legal guardian. Clients over 18 are welcome to bring one person with them, as long as they feel they will contribute to, and not hinder, the session.

RESHOOTS:

Reshoots are not allowed. By hiring us, you understand that you are hiring us because of our creative vision and photography expertise. We do our best to communicate clearly with you throughout the entire shoot to ensure you are satisfied with the photos we are producing. If there is something you don’t like during your session, please let us know right away so we can correct it.

COMPROMISED FILES:

If photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, the photographer will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from the non-delivery, and the liability of the photographer to the client is limited to the repayment of amounts paid to the photographer.

INDEMNIFICATION.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold photographer harmless for any and all personal injury which may occur during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding project (including any personal injury arising from or connected with any negligent act or omission on the part of BK Rose Studio). 

PERMISSIONS AND PERMITS:

Client is responsible for any location permit fees that are necessary for project to occur (when required per location).

COPYRIGHT + IMAGE USAGE POLICY:

The work created by Photographer during the assignment constitutes the copyrighted work of Photographer. The work at all times shall remain the property of Photographer. Any portion of the work delivered to client is for client’s personal use only.  Client may not sell or reproduce, nor authorize the sale or reproduction of, any portion of the work without the photographers written consent.  The only reproduction that is allowed is only for the purpose of promoting themselves in their line of business.

SOCIAL MEDIA + POSTING POLICIES:

Images posted on social media must include a credit to “BK Rose Studio” as the photographer. Using photo filters of any kind over photos we have taken is strictly prohibited as it misrepresents our work.
