Hi there, we are Brett + Kat, husband and wife photographer/videographer team living in the Chicago suburbs with our darling daughter!

In 2020, we moved our California photography business to the suburbs of Illinois.

As a team, we collaborate on every project we accept. There is rarely a job that we both haven’t been a part of, whether it’s in the capturing, booking, or post-processing of images.

With over 18 years of professional photography experience, we offer a unique and high quality vision that caters to each of our client’s individual needs, serving well over 5,000 clients since 2008.

To us, photography is art. When you are hiring us, you are trusting in our ability to create beautiful photographs for you. We work organically, capturing moments as they unfold and handling the high pressure situations with grace.

Our style is classic, with a bold use of warm jewel tones and contrast between lights and darks. We try not to follow trends and lean more into photography that will stand the test of time. We seek to create elegant, timeless images that you will admire and appreciate 50 years from now the same as you do today.

Whether it’s yearly family photos, updated business headshots for work, or capturing those most important life milestone moments, we hope to be there for you, capturing it all!

Our Studio

Our home-based studio is temperature regulated. With electric forced-air heating, we can shoot even on the coldest winter days. There is a changing area as well as extra seating for guests.
