Based in Libertyville, we've been documenting events throughout Lake County, the North Shore, the Northwest Chicago suburbs, and downtown Chicago since 2008 — with nearly two decades of experience and a client list that spans Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, schools, and entertainment venues. Yes — and we offer packages that include both. Having one team handle both photo and video ensures a seamless experience and a consistent look across all your deliverables.

We're based in Libertyville and serve the full Lake County and Northwest Chicagoland area. We regularly cover events in downtown Chicago as well. Travel fees apply for locations 30–60 minutes from our studio and for downtown Chicago events — see our pricing above for details.

After your event, a private gallery will be emailed to you within 5–7 days. Rush image delivery available upon request.

Event photography packages include 65+ high-quality edited images per hour of coverage. You'll receive a private online gallery within the agreed-upon turnaround time after your event.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible — popular dates and peak seasons book out quickly. For large corporate events or galas, booking 2–3 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events, a few weeks notice is often sufficient but we can't guarantee availability.
