What to expect.
Once you reach out, we'll discuss your team size, preferred location, timeline, and any brand guidelines we should be aware of. On the day of the shoot we arrive early, set up quickly, and photograph team members one by one in a smooth, back-to-back flow. Individual sessions typically run 10–15 minutes per person. We provide wardrobe guidance in advance so everyone shows up prepared. All images are delivered with a consistent look and sized for both digital and print use.

Both options are available. For most team shoots we come to you — our portable lighting setup is designed to work in any office environment without disrupting your day. For teams local to the Libertyville area, we also offer studio team sessions at our Libertyville location.

We typically photograph one person every 10–15 minutes. A team of 10 takes roughly 2 hours. A team of 30 takes a half day. We'll build a specific timeline for your team size when you reach out.
