It varies by session type, but the short answer is - sooner than you think. Newborn sessions should be booked around 20-30 weeks pregnant. Fall family sessions book out fast, often months in advance. Weddings should be booked as early as possible. For corporate headshots, 2–3 weeks notice is usually sufficient. When in doubt, reach out early and we'll do our best to make it work.
