YOUR GALLERY

To access your proof gallery, simply verify your email address and set up a password.

Once you're in, you’ll have two easy ways to select and download your favorite images!

1. Download each photo you want individually by clicking the download button on each photo when you hover over the image (the arrow with a line under it).

2. Create a favorites gallery by “hearting” your favorite images. Once you have all the images you would like selected, click the “heart” in the upper right hand corner of the screen (favorites) to be taken to the next page where you can download those favorites.

Once you’ve reached your download limit (based on your session type), you have the option to purchase extra images individually or unlock the rest of the gallery right from your proof gallery.

Just a heads-up—images in your proof gallery will have a watermark, but don’t worry! Any images you download or products you order from our print shop will be completely watermark-free.

WHY THERE’S A FEE FOR EXTRA DOWNLOADS

For a typical one-hour session, we strive to deliver 35-50 beautifully edited photos.

Sometimes, we find extra images that meet our standards, and when we do, we’re happy to edit and include them in your proof gallery for you to select your favorite images from!

However, editing more photos takes time, and as much as we love what we do, time is valuable.

We hope you’ll consider purchasing these additional edits, as they represent the extra time and care we've taken to curate your gallery.

That said, we completely understand if you choose to stick with the images included in your session. Our goal is always to provide you with the best possible selection, and we truly hope these extra edits add to your experience with us.

SHARING PHOTOS WITH FRIENDS + FAMILY

If you’re sharing your gallery with others, each person can “heart” their favorite images. The total number of likes for each photo will appear in the upper left corner, making it easy to see which images are the most loved by your group! This is a great way to decide on favorites together.

Plus, any extra images purchased by the main gallery owner will be available for everyone the gallery was shared with—so everyone gets to enjoy them!

HOW WE CHOOSE YOUR IMAGES

We put a lot of care into selecting the best images for our clients—there are no hidden gems left behind! As we sort through each session, we’re genuinely excited to share as many great images as possible. We carefully choose photos that capture natural, beautiful expressions and meet our high photographic standards.

To ensure the best quality, we only deliver fully edited images. RAW or unedited files require special software to process, which most people don’t have. Editing is a huge part of our artistry, and we take great pride and joy in this process. The final editing style, effects, and overall look of your images are thoughtfully crafted by BK Rose Studio to create a stunning final collection.

HOW IMAGES ARE EDITED

The images in your proof gallery have already been fully edited and retouched to look their best! Our editing process includes adjustments like color correction, lighting enhancements, skin smoothing, flyaway removal, teeth whitening, and background clean-up—all to ensure a polished and natural look.

If you’d like additional edits beyond what’s already included, such as head swapping, detailed skin work, major body shaping, or other advanced retouching, we’re happy to offer this service for $20 per photo. Just let us know how we can help!

PRINTING YOUR PHOTOS

When you order through our print shop, all of your gallery images are unlocked and available for printing and product purchases, no matter your download permissions.

If you prefer to print your photos elsewhere, you’re welcome to do so with any downloaded image. However, we kindly ask that you avoid budget printing labs like CVS, Walgreens, and Shutterfly, as their lower-quality printers don’t accurately reflect the true colors and quality of our work. For the best results, we highly recommend using a professional print lab to ensure your images look as beautiful as intended!

ARCHIVING YOUR IMAGES

Your gallery will be available for 3 months from the date it was emailed to you, and we’ll also keep digital copies of your files for that same period.

We highly recommend backing up your images to an external hard drive as soon as you receive them—pretty please, don’t just leave them sitting on your computer’s desktop! For extra peace of mind, consider a second backup method, like a cloud storage drive, to keep your memories safe and secure.
