We offer family photography sessions at our Libertyville studio and select outdoor locations throughout Lake County, Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Lake Forest, and the greater Northwest Chicagoland area. Whether you're drawn to a cozy studio backdrop or a natural outdoor setting, our family photo sessions are designed to capture your family exactly as you are, together.
Fall family photo sessions are our busiest time of year and tend to book up quickly - we recommend reserving your session early to secure your preferred date.

Sessions take place outdoors in Libertyville, Lake County, and surrounding areas, or in our Libertyville studio.
HOW SESSIONS ARE RUN
Before your session, we build a shot list tailored to your family — your group size, your children's ages, the location, and the light. You arrive to a plan already in place, so there's nothing to think about but being together. If there's something specific you're hoping for, just tell us at the start and we'll make sure we capture it.
We photograph the full family together, siblings as a group, and individual portraits of each child, plus any adults who'd like one. Woven throughout are the unscripted moments: kids playing, your family simply being together, and the small details that often become the most treasured images of the day. Pets are always welcome — they're part of the family too!
YOUR SESSION INCLUDES ALL YOUR DIGITAL IMAGES.
No per-image fees, no limits on how many photos you receive. Every frame worth keeping is hand-selected and fully retouched and delivered in a curated gallery, ready to print and share. That editing is where much of your investment goes: each image is worked individually so your gallery arrives polished, intentional, and truly yours.
Sessions are priced by that gallery, not by the clock. We finish once we've captured everything. Finishing early is a good sign — it means the light, the location, and your family all cooperated. Children also do their best work in the first half hour, so we shoot efficiently and stop while everyone is still enjoying it.
