ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHEN APPLICABLE:

PRIVACY OF IMAGES CLAUSE
We’re passionate about sharing work we are proud of! It’s a big part of how we connect with others and continue doing what we do. Chances are, that’s how you found us too!
That said, we completely understand if you’d prefer to keep your session private. If so, just let us know at booking, and we’ll create a separate agreement with a privacy clause for both parties to sign. This add-on is $150 and ensures your images won’t be shared in our portfolio, giving you full exclusive rights to share, post, and print them as you wish.

Are session times flexible?
Sometimes, please inquire if you need a session time other than what is listed.
What if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, we DO shoot on sunny, gloomy, and light snow days. We DON’T shoot when it’s raining or in very heavy snowfall. If we have to reschedule for weather, we will together find a reschedule day that works for everyone.
How you receive your images
Every session includes a password protected online gallery, delivered within 7 days of your session. You have the ability to print with our chosen professional photo lab or use your own. All high-resolution digital images given.
Payment policy
A non-refundable $100 reservation fee is required to book your appointment and will go toward your total, due the day of the session. Once you choose a time and submit your request, we'll email a proposal where you can pay the deposit and sign the photography agreement.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us 72 hours or more prior to your project date. Exceptions will only be made in the case sickness of an emergency. We allow the reservation fee to be moved to a new day only once. A new reservation fee is required to reschedule a second time.
